| The customer prepares: |
| - Installation of the electrical supply network: recommended 3×400 V, 3×16 A, C16 circuit breaker, 5×2.5 silicone cable - Installation of a dedicated electrical distribution board for the sauna with residual current device (RCD / FI relay) - UTP (Cat6) cable for the LAN module with RJ45 connectors at the cable ends; or stable WiFi signal strength on site for the WiFi module - Installation of tile flooring in the sauna area - Tiling of the shower walls and floor, provision of a qualified professional - Procurement and installation of shower sanitary fixtures and shower drain channel - Provision of plumbing works - Procurement and professional installation of the air conditioning unit - Obtaining any required notifications and building permits - Construction of a concrete foundation according to recommendation - Ensuring parking space for a truck - Ensuring barrier-free access to the site (provision of a crane if necessary) - Provision of a waste container if required - Provision of accommodation with 3 meals per day for the employees of iSauna Design Kft. during the multi-day installation period - In order to ensure the proper operation of the control-related application, the Customer is obliged to provide the technical conditions for connection to the home network and must engage a qualified professional to establish the connection. In the absence of this, iSauna Design Kft. assumes no responsibility for the proper functioning of the application. |

Warranty: -Outer construction: 5 years -Control unit, heat sensor: 1 year -Philips Vitae / Dr. Fischer Infrared heater: 5 years producer warranty -Harvia sauna oven: 2 years producer warranty -Painting: 6 months If the product delivery/installation does not take place until the 30th day after the delivery deadline for reasons attributable to the client, the client is obligated to pay 50 EUR + VAT/day starting the 31st day as a contractual penalty. The producer reserve its right to check the legality of the warranty claim. The producer has the possession rights of the product until the total payment fulfilment. The Hungarian VAT is 27%. The photos in the cost estimate are illustrations. We do not provide warranty in case of damages: -caused by non-proper purpose -caused by a non-proper maintenance -caused by power fluctuations, direct or indirect nature catastrophes -caused by a non-proper installation, maintenance or external impacts, if the installation is not done by the iSauna Design Kft. GDPR Information: We use your personal data (name, address, phone number, e-mail address) in the cost estimate in accordance with par. 1/b art. 6 2016/679 of the EU-Regulation. Upon request, we delete your personal data. In this case, please send us a mail containing the reason for recall to info@szaunagyartas.hu . The iSauna Design Kft. cannot take any responsibility during the existence of this contract for service changes or contract failures caused by COVID or state of war. In those vis major cases the iSauna Design Kft. reserves the right to contract termination. | ||
