| The customer prepares: |
| - Installation of the electrical supply network: recommended 3×400 V, C20 circuit breaker, 3×20 A current rating, 5×4 silicone cable - Installation of a dedicated electrical distribution board for the sauna with residual current device (RCD / FI relay) - UTP (Cat6) cable for the LAN module with RJ45 connectors at the cable ends - Tiling of the shower walls and floor, provision of a qualified professional - Procurement and installation of shower sanitary fixtures and shower drain channel - Provision of plumbing works - Obtaining any required notifications and building permits - Construction of a concrete foundation according to recommendation - Ensuring parking space for a truck - Ensuring barrier-free access to the site (provision of a crane if necessary) - Provision of a waste container if required - In order to ensure the proper operation of the control-related application, the Customer is obliged to provide the technical conditions for connection to the home network and must engage a qualified professional to establish the connection. In the absence of this, iSauna Design Kft. assumes no responsibility for the proper functioning of the application. |

Warranty: -Structural framework (external structure): 5 years -Control unit, temperature sensor: 1 year -Manufacturer’s warranty for Harvia stoves: 2 years -Painting/coating: 6 months The warranty does not cover: -Damage resulting from improper use -Damage due to lack of maintenance -Failures caused by voltage fluctuations or direct/indirect natural events -Parts subject to replacement due to natural wear and tear -Damage resulting from installation or commissioning not performed by us, or from improper installation, repair, or other external intervention If installation/collection of the product does not take place by the 30th day after the delivery deadline due to the buyer’s fault, the buyer shall pay a penalty of HUF 20,000 + VAT per day starting from the 31st day. The manufacturer reserves the right to assess the validity of any warranty claim. The product remains the property of the manufacturer until full payment of the invoice. Hungarian VAT is 27%. GDPR Notice: During the preparation of the quotation, we process our clients’ data (name, address, phone number, email address) pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Upon request, the stored data will be deleted.
