Accessories, shipping, installationDelivery and installation costs are NOT included in the price.
The price does NOT include permitting, foundations, electricity and mechanical installations. The price includes accessories. The jacuzzi and pool shown on the visual plan are for illustration purposes only and are not included in the price.

The customer prepares:
- Construction of the concrete foundation according to technical plans
- Installation of the electrical supply network: according to plans 3x400V, 3x25A, C25 circuit breaker, 6x10 supply cable
- Tiling of shower walls and floor
- Procurement and installation of shower sanitary fixtures and drainage channel
- Provision of plumbing works
- Obtaining any required notifications and building permits
- Providing parking space for a truck
- Ensuring barrier-free access to the site (crane provision if necessary)
- Provision of a waste container if required
- Installation of UTP (Cat6) cable to the service opening for the LAN module, with RJ45 connectors at both ends
- The client must provide a system administrator and a stable internet connection for the application

Warranty:
-Structural superstructure (external structure): 5 years
-Control unit, temperature sensor: 1 year
-Manufacturer’s warranty for Philips Vitae / Dr. Fischer infrared panels: 5 years
-Manufacturer’s warranty for Harvia heaters: 2 years
-Manufacturer’s warranty for ventilation/air conditioning system: 36 months
-Painting/coating: 6 months

The warranty does not cover:
-Damage resulting from improper use
-Damage caused by lack of maintenance
-Failures due to voltage fluctuations, indirect or direct natural events
-Parts requiring replacement due to normal wear and tear
-Damage resulting from installation or commissioning not carried out by us, or from improper installation, repair, or other external intervention

If the installation/collection of the product does not take place by the 30th day following the delivery deadline due to reasons attributable to the buyer, the buyer shall be liable to pay a penalty of HUF 20,000 + VAT per day from the 31st day onward. The manufacturer reserves the right to examine and determine the validity of any warranty claim.
The product remains the property of the manufacturer until full payment of the invoice. Hungarian VAT is 27%.

During the preparation of the quotation, we process customer data (name, address, telephone number, email address) pursuant to Article 6 (1) (b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
Upon customer request, the stored data will be deleted. Such request may be submitted – with appropriate proof of identity – via email (info@szaunagyartas.hu) or in other written form.

In the event of contract conclusion, we cannot accept liability for modifications or failure of performance resulting from COVID or war-related circumstances. In cases of force majeure (VIS MAJOR), we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract.
