The price does NOT include permitting, foundations, electricity and mechanical installations. The price includes accessories. The jacuzzi and pool shown on the visual plan are for illustration purposes only and are not included in the price.

The customer prepares:
- Electrical power supply installation: Recommended 3x20A, 3x400V, C20 circuit breaker, 5x10 silicone cable.
- Electrical fuse box installation: For sauna supply with RCD (Residual Current Device).
- Network cabling: 4 UTP cables (Cat6) for LAN module and other devices, with RJ45 connectors at cable ends and 5-meter reserve.
- Cold tiling of the shower: Tiling of the walls and floor by a professional.
- Procurement and installation of shower fixtures: Drain, faucets, and other elements provided.
- Provision of plumbing works.
- Air conditioning installation: Carried out by a professional.
- Obtaining permits and approvals: Acquire necessary building permits and fulfill reporting obligations.
- Construction of the concrete base: According to the recommended specifications.
- Parking availability: For trucks.
- Ensuring easy site access: Ensure obstacle-free access to the site (crane, if necessary).
- Waste container availability: Provided when needed.
- App-related control requirements: The client is responsible for providing technical conditions for connecting to the home network and must involve a professional for the setup. In the absence of this, iSauna Design Kft. is not responsible for the proper functioning of the application.

Warranty:
-Outer construction: 5 years
-Control unit, heat sensor: 1 year
-Philips Vitae / Dr. Fischer Infrared heater: 5 years producer warranty
-Harvia sauna oven: 2 years producer warranty
-Manufacturer’s warranty for ventilation/air conditioning: 36 months
-Painting: 6 months

The salt bricks’ state of aggregation can be changed by the temperature variations and weather conditions. Through this change, the sauna function’s physiologic effect does not change. The iSauna Design Kft. does not provide warranty for salt bricks and salt walls.

If the product delivery/installation does not take place until the 30th day after the delivery deadline for reasons attributable to the client, the client is obligated to pay 20 000 HUF + VAT/day starting the 31st day as a contractual penalty.

The producer reserve its right to check the legality of the warranty claim. The producer has the possession rights of the product until the total payment fulfilment. The Hungarian VAT is 27%.
The photos in the cost estimate are illustrations.

We do not provide warranty in case of damages:
-caused by non-proper purpose
-caused by a non-proper maintenance
-caused by power fluctuations, direct or indirect nature catastrophes
-caused by a non-proper installation, maintenance or external impacts, if the installation is not done by the iSauna Design Kft.

GDPR Information:
We use your personal data (name, address, phone number, e-mail address) in the cost estimate in accordance with par. 1/b art. 6 2016/679 of the EU-Regulation. Upon request, we delete your personal data. In this case, please send us a mail containing the reason for recall to info@saunamanufacture.com .
The iSauna Design Kft. cannot take any responsibility during the existence of this contract for service changes or contract failures caused by COVID or state of war. In those vis major cases the iSauna Design Kft. reserves the right to contract termination.
